The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) invites qualified suppliers to provide firm quotation for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Auctioneering services in Guinea Bissau.

The Auctioneer shall be legally authorized to perform public auctions in the country. Furthermore, the auctioneer should have relevant experiences in organizing auctions.
